| Tara Gohr, Director of Projects & Client Relations |
| Tara holds a graduate-level Certificate of Resource Development from the Master of Nonprofit Management degree program of Regis University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre Arts with a concentration in Stage Management from New Mexico State University. Tara provides support to clients and coordinates client projects. |
| Erin Hielkema, Editor and Research Director |
| Erin holds a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of New Mexico and a Bachelor of Business Administration from New Mexico State University. Erin conducts intensive research related to prospecting and data as well as concentrates on delivering compelling text for client projects. |
| Elena Storm, Business Manager |
| Elena holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems from the Anderson Business School at the University of New Mexico. She specializes in database development and programming, data reporting, and end/user/customer service. |
| Wendy McCoy, Resource Development Officer |
| Wendy obtained a Master of Science degree in the Environmental Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish from West Virginia University. She gained professional experience writing grants as a Researcher at Pennsylvania State University and as an Environmental Consultant. Wendy concentrates on the development and completion of grant packages that pertain to a diverse range of topics. |

| Aly holds an Executive Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of New Mexico. Aly has twelve years experience in grant writing and resource development for nonprofit organizations. She specializes in client proposal development and project performance reporting. |
