Our Rates

Project rate: $45.00/hour

This rate applies when you hire our team to work on an as-needed basis for a specific grant research, writing, editing, or reporting project.

Contract rate: $37.50/hour

Receive a 15% discount from the project rate if you sign a short-term contract with The Grant Plant, lasting for a minimum of three months and guaranteeing a minimum of five hours per week of billing.

Grant profile development: $950.00/flat rate

This rate applies to customized grant research and outlines a number of potential funding sources, depending on your organization's needs and the availability of funding. Grants included in the profile are selected based on your organization's programs and are suitable for application. The profile will detail all pertinent information, including application information, contacts, deadlines, funding range, past grantees (if available), and action required. An estimate of the amount of time needed to prepare the proposal application is also included. For clients who need research for more than one distinct program, an additional charge of $375 applies.

Other Information:

• If these rate plans or services do not meet the needs of your organization, we are able to negotiate different terms, which may be discussed in person.
• We are happy to provide you with an estimate on the number of hours for a particular grant proposal.
• There will be a 20% surcharge for projects that are initiated with the deadline less than 10 business days away.
• There is a $25 charge for all returned checks.
