The Grant Plant, Inc. is a specialized resource development team that works exclusively with tax exempt entities, such as nonprofit organizations, public agencies, and educational institutions. Our services include grant seeking, prospect research, grants management, and stakeholder relations materials.
The Grant Plant is dedicated to providing superior and affordable resource development services that assist not-for-profit organizations to better the quality of life for their constituencies.
Our Business Philosophy
Since 2003, our small, women-owned business has provided services that intersect many industries, community anchors, leaders, and visionaries. TGP’s team-based process has resulted in more than $120 million in funding for organizations, programs, and projects that improve the social and economic conditions. Through our resource development efforts, we don’t seek to simply expand our business volume, but to contribute to the culture and well-being of people, with a priority focus on New Mexico.
Our Capacity-Building Work
In 2015, The Grant Plant, Inc. started Pivotal New Mexico (originally known as The Grants Collective), a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that scales the impact of our work by training other grant professionals in helping agencies raise their ability and capacity to compete for major grants. The Grants Collective runs a Talent Academy for grant professionals, a four-month fellowship that uses project-based learning to develop skills in securing major grants, and offers a subscription-based Cooperative Network of nonprofit organizations to develop skills and improve access to resources that contribute to high-performance grant seeking.
