AstraZeneca: ACT on Health Equity Community Solutions ChallengeDeadline: July 16, 2021
The ACT on Health Equity Community Solutions Challenge is designed to support non-profit organizations positively impacting the health of underserved populations through regional and local community-based programming.
Applications will be accepted in two categories:
- Community Health and Well-being—Community-based programs designed to improve conditions that affect health and well-being (e.g., housing, education, environmental/ neighborhood safety, nutrition, access to care) as well as programs that prioritize the social, cultural, and linguistic needs of underserved patients, caregivers, and families.
- Youth STEM Education and Career Readiness—Programs that build knowledge and skills in the fields of science, technology, engineering and math among K-12 or undergraduate students.
Amount: Grants of up to $25,000 will be awarded for a 12 month grant period.
Eligibility: 501c organizations delivering regional and local community-based programming, including local chapters of national organizations.
