Lawrence Foundation
The Lawrence Foundation’s mission is to support organizations that are working to solve pressing environmental, human services, and other issues. To date the Foundation has funded organizations that address the following areas of interest:
- Environment (U.S. headquartered organizations operating programs in the U.S. or elsewhere in the world)
- Human Services
- Disaster relief (U.S. headquartered organizations responding to disasters in the U.S. or elsewhere in the world on an occasional basis)
- Other (U.S. headquartered organizations operating programs in the U.S. or elsewhere in the world; areas of interest within this category are not specified)
Amount: Grants generally range from $5,000-$10,000.
Eligibility: Nonprofit organizations, public schools, and libraries. There are no geographic restrictions on the Foundation’s grantmaking.
