Opportunity Santa Fe – Birth to Career: Collaborative Working Group Grant
The Collaborative Working Group Grant will support Collaborative Working Groups (CWGs) that have come together to plan and execute collective actions to improve outcomes within the birth to career continuum for children and youth in Santa Fe. Through this grant, Opportunity Santa Fe will provide targeted financial assistance, technical assistance, and coordination with other CWGs and community partners to support the collective actions.
Priorities will be given to:

- Existing CWGs that have demonstrated progress and success in achieving deliverables in the previous grant period and are continuing to align efforts for collective actions and engage broad community
- New CWGs that propose to tackle collective action priorities currently not being addressed with strong plan, leadership, capacity and community support
Funding can be used collaborative planning, research, data collection, resource coordination, communications, community engagement, capacity building and/or other short- term priority collective actions. In addition to funding, CWGs will receive technical assistance, coordination and communications support from the Opportunity Santa Fe “backbone” organization (Santa Fe Community Foundation), the Data Team, AmeriCorps VISTAs, Summer Associates, and the Communication Team.
