State of New Mexico, Administrative Office of the Courts: Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) Service Providers

The Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) in coordination with the 13th Judicial District Courts (JDC) is seeking requests for proposals for providers to lead their County CASA programs in Sandoval County (13th Judicial District). for providers to lead their County CASA programs in Sandoval County (13th Judicial District). The mission of Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) programs in New Mexico and nationally, is to support and promote effective court-appointed volunteer advocacy so that every abused or neglected child in New Mexico can be safe, establish permanence and have the opportunity to thrive. The providers will ensure program compliance with National CASA Association Standards for Local CASA Programs and in collaboration/cooperation with the New Mexico CASA Network. The goal of this CASA program is ultimately to provide a high-quality court-appointed volunteer advocate for every child welfare case.

Amount: The appropriated funding for eight months in Fiscal Year 2019 is $62,622.

Eligibility: Prospective contractor means a person or business that is subject to the competitive sealed proposal process set forth in the Procurement Code or is not required to submit a competitive sealed proposal because that person or business qualifies for a sole source or a small purchase contract.
