Wells Fargo Foundation: Health and Human Services Grant Program
Wells Fargo supports organizations whose chief purpose is to benefit low and moderate-income individuals and families and those that keep communities strong, diverse, and vibrant. Human Services grants support social and human service organizations that work primarily in low- and moderate-income communities to:
- Provide basic needs assistance
- Ensure access to health education programs and quality health care
- Offer child care services
Amount: Grants typically range between $1,000-$15,000.
Eligibility: Nonprofit organizations with 501(c)(3) status, and tribal and governmental agencies, including public school systems.
