Foundation for Educational Exchange Between Canada and the United States of America: Fulbright Canada Post-COVID Challenge
The Fulbright Canada Post-COVID Challenge aims to encourage, celebrate, and support bright young leaders with diverse perspectives and unique ideas. The goal is to tap into the next generation’s creativity and imagination, especially underrepresented youth. The program will provide youth participants with an opportunity to present their solutions to the current crisis and their big ideas.
The Challenge is targeting youth across Canada and the United States, including early to mid-career professionals, community leaders, students, and scholars. It is seeking creative ideas that aim to address critical social, economic, technological, and public health challenges in the post-COVID world.
The Challenge seeks ideas that can:
- Enhance public health and well-being
- Contribute to digital transformation
- Strengthen social cohesion and economic recovery
Amount: One award of $25,000 and two awards of $10,000 will be made.
Eligibility: Applicants must currently reside in Canada or the U.S. and be the age of majority in the province or state where they reside. Note: The age of majority if most U.S. states is 18.
Deadline: November 30th, 2020.
