The Arthur Vining Davis Foundation is a national philanthropic organization established through the generosity of the late Arthur Vining Davis. The Foundation seeks to fund programs that inspire and sustain a more caring and compassionate healthcare system, notably to include institutions and organizations with visibility and capacity for national influence. Healthcare grants should advance programs and priorities to meet the emotional, spiritual and psychological needs of patients and families. Innovative projects with potential for national expansion that enhance the skills, compassion and empathy of healthcare professionals are encouraged. Further, the Foundations have interest in programs that improve patient medical care through an integrated approach to patient support at all levels of care.
Amount: Grants range from $25,000-$200,000.
Eligibility: Institutions and organizations that educate healthcare professionals and/or provide direct patient care.
