Bernalillo County: Professional Consulting and Facilitation Services for Behavioral Health InitiativesDeadline: June 30, 2016
The Bernalillo County Purchasing Department, on behalf of the Department of Substance Abuse Program (DSAP), is seeking to hire a contractor to provide consultation and facilitation services at the direction of the Deputy County Manager for Public Safety to assist staff in implementing county behavioral health initiatives and recommendations as identified by key behavioral health stakeholders and as identified in phases 1 and 2 of the behavioral health business plan. Work will include: 1) coordinating with county staff, policy makers, and interested stakeholders in strategies to implement behavioral health recommendations; 2) coordination with the New Mexico Human Services Department, University of New Mexico, and City of Albuquerque to find common solutions to create programs and coordinated services for crisis management services, as directed by staff; and 3) identifying deficits in the crisis behavioral health system and working with key stakeholders to direct resources and develop/enhance programming for implementation.
Amount: A contract award will be made.
Eligibility: “Offeror” is defined as any person, corporation, or partnership who chooses to submit a proposal.
Note: A non-mandatory conference will be held on June 17, 2016.
