Home Depot Foundation: Community Impact Grants
The Home Depot Foundation is accepting applications from nonprofit organizations that use volunteers to address the physical needs of their community.
Through its Community Impact Grants program, the Foundation will award grants to projects that repair, modify, weatherize, or otherwise improve low-income and/or transitional housing or community facilities. In addition, programs that use volunteers to serve veterans with home improvement projects will be considered.
Amount: Grants of up to $5,000 are awarded in the form of Home Depot gift cards for the purchase of tools, materials, or services.
Eligibility: IRS-registered 501(c) designated organizations and tax-exempt public service agencies (e.g., Police/Fire Departments) in the U.S. are eligible to apply. Organizations must be in existence for at least one year.
