Intel Corporation: Corrales Community Grants
As a global technology leader, Intel is a strong and active supporter of Education, Empowering Girls and Women, the Environment, and Quality of Life in New Mexico. Intel New Mexico has invested over $50,000,000 and close to one million employee volunteer hours in these areas since 1980.
In partnership with Corrales MainStreet, Intel will fund the best applicants for Education, Empowering Girls and Women, the Environment, and Quality of Life. Applying agencies must provide direct services in the Village of Corrales, New Mexico. Entries will be judged on the following criteria: 1) The impact of the project/program on citizens in Corrales; 2) The sustainability of the project/program; 3) Goals and objectives are clearly stated and measurable; 4) Overall creativity; 5) Budget is reasonable and appropriate, and specific equipment costs are identified with vendor quotes (must include an explanation for how and why the equipment is critical to achieving a successful outcome); and 6) The projected use of Intel employee volunteers is part of the project/program.
Amount: A total of $8,000 is available to award grants of $2,000 each.
Eligibility: Organizations that provide direct services to Corrales residents.
