Santa Fe Community Foundation: Envision Fund

The Envision Fund has enriched the lives of New Mexico’s LGBTQ+ population by providing financial support to nonprofits addressing the most critical needs facing the community. The fund is staffed by a committee of volunteers who represent the diversity of New Mexico’s LGBTQ population. Committee members raise money for the fund and help make decisions about grants.

The Envision Fund has established three priority areas for making grants:

• Creating an HIV-free generation in New Mexico
• Combatting discrimination against LGBTQ+ people in whatever form (such as employment, housing, immigration, access to health services, etc.)
• Supporting school-based programs that create a safe environment for all students, including LGBTQ+ students

Amount: Awards average $2,500-$10,000.

Eligibility: LGBTQ-led and -focused organizations based throughout New Mexico.
