State Farm Insurance: Good Neighbor Citizenship Company Grants
State Farm works to help build safer, stronger, and better educated communities across the United States. Company grants are focused on the following areas:
- Community development: Grants strive to maintain vibrant communities by assisting nonprofits that support affordable housing, first time homeowners, neighborhood revitalization, financial literacy, job training, and small business development
- Education: Grants support teacher development, service-learning, and education reform/systemic improvement in K-12 schools
- Safety: Grants support auto and road safety, teen driver education, home safety and fire prevention, and disaster preparedness and recovery
Amount: The average grant making range is from $5,000-$25,000.
Eligibility: Nonprofit organizations; educational institutions; programs conducted by municipal, county, state, or federal government entities; 501(c)(4) volunteer fire companies; and chambers of commerce. Giving is on a national basis.
