Taos County: Medical and Social Outreach Services

Taos County seeks to support organizations involved in health care services and social outreach services to eligible indigent population of Taos County. The populations recognized throughout Taos County for funding consideration are residents that meet the indigent eligibility criteria. Such services shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Health care services
• Mental health services
• Health outreach services
• Educational programs
• Social services

Amount: Contract awards will be made. Funding will be allocated on a reimbursement basis after the services have been delivered and the County is provided evidence of health care services rendered for payment for services to an eligible indigent person(s).

Eligibility: An agency which is a unit of state or local government and/or an agency currently incorporated as a nonprofit corporation, duly registered and in good standing with the State of New Mexico Public Regulation Commission, and/or an entity which has a nonprofit status under the U.S. Internal Revenue Service Code and which has demonstrated capability in providing the services for which it is applying is an eligible responder.
