United Way of Carlsbad & South Eddy County 2018 Community Impact Grant
United Way of Carlsbad & South Eddy County’s work is focused on improving lives and strengthening communities.
For its Community Impact Grant Funding, United Way will partner with organizations that focus on providing resources to help its communities’ most vulnerable, including those that prevent crises or help pick up the pieces after one occurs; organizations that assist individuals in becoming productive members of society, helping at-risk and families in poverty situations who need tools and resources to advance their lives; organizations that contribute to the overall quality of life in a community; and organizations that focus on improving education for individuals of all ages. Specifically, health, education, and income support are prioritized.
Amount: Grants range from $500-$10,000.
Eligibility: Organizations must: operate or provide services within South Eddy County; and operate as a 501(c)3 non-profit charitable health or health service organization, or organization that facilitates educational programs or as a governmental or quasi-governmental unit.
