University of Utah, Policy Innovation Lab: Pay for Success Programs for Government Innovation Fellows and Service Provider Capacity Building
The University of Utah Policy Innovation Lab is a recipient of a grant from the Social Innovation Fund of the Corporation for National and Community Service to strengthen and diversify the pipeline of governments and nonprofit organizations that are prepared to engage in Pay for Success (PFS) projects. The Policy Innovation Lab is seeking to support qualified applicant(s) to participate in the Pay for Success Service Provider Capacity Building program. The Lab will provide a combination of a cash sub-grant and in-kind technical assistance to provide selected service providers with the ability to foster strategic growth, refine its evidence base, develop data and measurement strategies, and enhance the delivery of services in preparation for PFS projects.
Amount: Each service provider selected will receive a cash sub-grant of between $75,000 and $100,000 and in-kind technical assistance worth between $50,000 and $250,000. Up to four service providers will be selected.
Eligibility: Nonprofit service providers that are located in the following states: Alaska; Arizona; California; Colorado; Hawaii; Idaho; Montana; Nevada; New Mexico; North Dakota; Oregon; South Dakota; Utah; Washington; Wyoming; and U.S. Pacific Island Territories.
