Join us for twelve monthly modules on post-award grant compliance. This series will explore pre-award considerations for smooth post-award grant management, internal controls and systems, cost principles, procurements, sub recipients, reporting and close-out, and more! The live webinars will take place on the third Wednesday monthly (the second Wednesday in October) from 1pm-3pm MT, beginning January 15, 2025. Participants in the webinar series will receive three months’ of weekly office hours after the series concludes. All participants receive a digital toolkit. ($1,175 for all 12 modules). Prepare for Federal Appropriations
By making a “Congressionally Directed Spending” request to your US Senator and/or a “Community Project Funding” to your US Representative, you may be able to earn a one-time federal appropriation for your organization or agency! Participants will learn how the federal appropriations process works, who is eligible, what you can apply for, and how much money you can request, as well as whether or not match requirements will apply to your project. Participants will also learn how to connect with the offices of their US Senators and Representative(s), how to find the applications for making a request in the spring, how to appropriately cultivate a relationship with Congressional offices, and how to advocate for your appropriations request before and during the appropriations process. This training is now available for purchase as a recorded webinar. With appropriation requests typically opening in March, participants will also receive a follow-up communication once the 2025 rules are announced. ($100 for recorded webinar and accompanying materials, along with follow-up video when released.)

Grant Management Training
Now you’ve gotten the grant, and want to deliver strong? Or plan ahead for all the grants you’re applying for? This 3-5 day in-person (Albuquerque, NM) training tackles Federal grant management for program staff, grant administrators, financial staff, and executive directors. Avoid being designated as a high-risk grantee and position your organization for future grant-seeking success. Participants will learn how to manage grants post-award, tools to ensure compliance, expert advice on creating your own grant management and internal control systems, and information about Uniform Grant Guidance regulations. Join our virtual Grant Management Office Hours to connect with fellow grant managers and engage in an open, “Ask Me Anything” session.
