Each module focuses on key aspects of grant management, from pre-award considerations to reporting, audits, and post-closeout troubleshooting. Topics include internal controls, cost principles, procurement, subrecipient management, reporting, and more, all taught by seasoned expert Tonia Brown-Kinzel, GPC. The live webinars take place monthly on the third Wednesday (second Wednesday in October), running from 1:00–3:00 PM MT. To further enhance learning, all participants receive a digital toolkit and access to office hours for three months.

1 – Determine if your organization is eligible for JTA:
To be eligible, employers must meet certain requirements, including:
- Registered as a for-profit or not-for-profit entity in New Mexico
- Headquarters located within Albuquerque city limits
- Less than 500 employees
- Has been located in Albuquerque for at least 1 year OR the business owner has been an Albuquerque resident for at least 1 year at any time prior to the training
- Seeking to increase workforce by at least one employee in the next 2 years
2 – Fill out the JTA application.
3 – JTA will let you know if you are accepted. Once accepted, you will receive the coupon code needed to register for free for our training.
