EPA Grants for Carbon Sequestration and Groundwater Protection. Letters of intent due March 20, 2023.
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced the availability of $50 million in grant funding to help states, tribes, and territories develop and implement Underground Injection Control (UIC) Class VI programs. EPA is inviting states, tribes, and territories to submit letters of intent by March 20, 2023, to indicate their interest in this new funding. After receiving submissions, EPA will determine funding allocations and award the full $50 million in a one-time distribution.
Los Alamos National Labs (LANL) Foundation. Deadline: March 1, 2023.
LANL Foundation’s competitive awards provide grant support to schools, school districts, non-profits, and pueblo, nations and tribal communities in the Foundation’s seven-county service area of Los Alamos, Mora, Rio Arriba, Sandoval, San Miguel, Santa Fe, and Taos counties and represent a spectrum of projects designed to offer community- and school-based innovative programming, collaboration, and advocacy for lifelong learning as well as education programs and teacher development to support public school children. Applications open in early February and are due March 1, 2023. You can register for several information sessions; the first one takes place February 13, 2023.
City of Santa Fe Youth and Family Services Division in cooperation with the Children and Youth Commission. Deadline: March 2, 2023 5:00pm.
The City of Santa Fe Youth and Family Services Division in cooperation with the Children and Youth Commission is seeking applications for the Children and Youth Commission Fund. The purpose of the fund is to support local community programs that promote the healthy development of children and youth, ages birth to twenty-one (21). Funding award amounts for the grant year will be capped at $100,000.00 per year or $300,000.00 for the total over three years.
